the HOME of cheap but MINDBLOWING pork.

This tiny place is the perfect place to be if you want something cheap, unhealthy but not guilty I mean, just look at this picture! Who would have thought you can find something so beautiful other than this? Buta Daigaku is located in Shimbashi which is an area in Tokyo. The place itself is super tiny, so you gotta beware of the line. The way you order your dish is through a kind-of-like vending machine where you have to input some coins (so you gotta be prepared) and you will get small receipts. It’s all in Japanese but it is pretty easy to pick your dish cause they have pictures on it. After you got your receipts, you can find a seat directly and give the small receipts towards the chef. They’ll make it right in front of you (it’s kind of like a sushi bar kind of seatings).

Let’s talk about the taste. Never have I ever been satisfied eating a Smokey Charred BBQ Pork in my whole life other than this place. LIKE R U KIDDING ME? Look the shiny, bright and oily pork that I got right here (NO FILTER OR EDIT AT ALL)! Can you even imagine putting this inside your mouth? It’s chewy, it’s perfect and the texture is just…. to die for. No doubt, this is one of the dishes that I have enjoyed so far in my entire life.
