Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food - oftentimes thoughts in my head or even write pieces about love or life. Hope you have a nice stay!

 Engine Ramen - Kyoto

Engine Ramen - Kyoto

I’ve been fasting Pasta & Regular Yellow Noodle and here I am, sharing my thoughts of Engine Ramen that I enjoyed a couple months back from my Japan trip.

Engine Ramen is actually located in Kyoto, it has a cute small-spot that immediately makes me feel like I’m almost having a private-ramen-lunch kind of vibe. They have this vending machine to order our ramen & give the receipt to the chefs. They have 2 different seats: bar-seatings that’similar to omakase seating and regular table seating. It was pretty early when we got there so we decided to seat at the bar instead.

Taste-wise, it’s not bad. I really like how the broth is super creamy. The richness of its flavor is what impressed me the most (and the portion is just enough). They also offer vegan ramen, which is pretty interesting. Tbh, not the best ramen I’ve tried so far but would still recommend it for you to try it out. A solid 7.0/10! Indeed, it’s one of the must try ramen in Kyoto, Japan.
