Kimono and % Arabica Arashimaya
They say one of the best food destinations is Japan. I’d say it’s not only the best food spot, it’s also the best place to breathe fresh air, specifically, Kyoto. I love how Kyoto gives the sense of ‘back-to-nature’ vibe and the best part? I got to enjoy the original % Arabica. I chose the specific % Arabica Kyoto Arashimaya because of its location that is situated right next to the Hozu-gawa river.
The breathtaking view left me in awe. Renting one of the most beautiful kimonos, my Japan experience is finally complete. This place is not located next to the train station, you’d have to walk a bit to reach this very spot, be prepared to get sweaty if you’re going there in the summer! Definitely it was worth it though, had my iced latte with a beautiful view.. this just made my day.
Wearing a kimono was a bit of a struggle because there were many layers of garment parts that should be worn. For some of you who don’t know what kimono is, it’s a traditional Japanese garment that are worn by both men and women. It’s actually a formal robes that are worn for tradition purposes. The patterns are beautiful, with a mix of flower and a type of crane bird it gives the image of protected. And I’ve always loved an accessory to add a touch of extra in my #ootds!
